Dog Days

Barrovians love their dogs so we thought a celebration of our canine friends was in order and ‘Dog Days’ was born!

Puppet makers Aya Nakamura and Karen Whatley  joined forces to create a pack of canine friends for you to meet, but one of them, an ENORMOUS Border Collie is lost! The sheep have escaped and he is nowhere to be seen (or is he?). Can you help us find him?

‘Dog Days’ combined puppetry and storytelling to create fun, lively, family focussed pop-up performances staged within Abbots Wood, a popular dog walking beauty spot.

So . . . If you go down to the woods, you’re sure of a big surprise – so grab a flask, woolly hat and ‘You’ll Need Your Big Coat’!
